Warranty Policy

At Silvish, we want you to shop with confidence. Our warranty is different for our Gold-Look Jewellery Collection and 925 Silver Jewellery. Please read the details below before raising a claim.

 

1. Gold-Look Jewellery Collection Warranty

Silvish provides a 1-Year Colour Warranty on selected Gold-Look Jewellery products.
This warranty is applicable only on:

  • Bangles
  • Mangalsutras

This warranty is not applicable on earrings, rings, pendants, jewellery sets or any other Gold-Look products unless it is clearly mentioned on the product page.

 

What Is Covered

This warranty can be claimed only if the product colour changes from gold to another colour, such as black, green or any major visible colour change.

 

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

  • Breakage
  • Scratches
  • Dents
  • Stone loss
  • Pearl loss
  • Damage due to rough use
  • Damage due to water, perfume, sweat, sanitizer or chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any issue other than colour change

 

Claim Process:

  1. Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
  2. Email care@silvish.co with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.
  3. Self-ship the product to our official address (A-2/106-A, Shop No.4, 
    Ground Floor, Keshav Puram, Lawrence Road, Delhi, 110035, India) and share courier details with AWB number.
  4. Upon receiving the product, and inspection we will give store credit in the form of a coupon code or gift card based on the credit terms given below which will be valid for 6 months from the issue date. 

 

Credit Terms:

- 0-6 months: 50% of invoice value
- 6-12 months: 25% of invoice value
- After 12 months: warranty not applicable

The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Please note: Warranty settlement will be given only as Silvish store credit, not as a cash refund.

2. 925 Silver Jewellery Lifetime Plating Warranty

Silvish provides a Lifetime Warranty for plating of all our Rhodium, 18k Gold and Rose Gold plated silver jewellery pieces, ensuring you can enjoy the jewellery the way you want to!

Please Note: 

This warranty is valid only for 925 Silver jewellery.
Imitation jewellery, bags, watches, and other non-silver products are not covered under this warranty.

 

Claim Process:

  1. Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
  2. Email care@silvish.co with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.
  3. Self-ship the product to our official address (A-2/106-A, Shop No.4,

Exclusions from Warranty:

- Damage or breakage because of wear and tear.
- Third-party resizing or alterations.
- Damage to zirconia crystals or pearls due to mishandling.
- Loss of crystals or stones on the jewellery
