How much time does it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of placement, and you'll receive a tracking link via SMS upon dispatch.

How much time does it take to deliver the order?

We work with leading logistics partners in India to provide a seamless delivery experience for your jewellery. After order confirmation, we typically dispatch your order within 48 hours. Once dispatched, most deliveries are completed within 3-6 business days, varying based on your location. We strive to ensure a speedy and reliable delivery process to bring joy to your doorstep. 

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll be notified over a text message/SMS with the details of our trusted delivery partner and your unique tracking ID.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You cannot cancel the order once placed. please initiate a return request after the order is delivered in such a case.

How can i place a return request?

To place a return please login via your email [same one which was used while placing order] and verification code and click on relevant order and raise a return request.

What payment methods are accepted at SILVISH?

To provide you with a convenient shopping experience, we accept various payment options. You can pay for your order using credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, UPI, and other major modes of payment.

What should I do if the payment is deducted but I haven't received the order confirmation?

After making the payment, please allow up to 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation email or text message. If you haven't received any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us via call, email, or chat, and we will assist you further. If the payment has been received by us, we will manually create your order and ship it. However, if the amount has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.

Do you offer an EMI option for payments?

No, we do not offer an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) option for payments at the moment.

Do I need to pay any extra charges on top of what is shown on the website?

Absolutely not! All prices shown on our website are inclusive of taxes.
